This young patient was very unhappy with the way her nose overpowered her facial features. By lowering the radix, or the bridge of the nose between the eyes, the eyebrow appears to rise higher on her forehead, creating better facial aesthetics. The nasal tip required a strong tip graft to raise it up to the dorsum, creating an overall pretty affect.
