A young individual, with otherwise wonderful features, was unhappy with the shape of her nose. She felt her nose was unattractive with its large hump and its angle that appeared to pointed downward. The nose was shaped with rhinoplasty. Correction is achieved by a slight reduction of the hump, with support and shaping of the tip using a graft. The tip is now open and gracefully above the bridge, very soft and feminine.
