In rhinoplasty, we often hear that the nose is "too big", or that what is needed or envisioned is "hard to put into words". This patient had a previous rhinoplasty overseas and wasn't pleased with the result. A secondary rhinoplasty was completed to finish the shape of the tip and narrow the nose.
