Rhinoplasty Photo Gallery

We so often think of nasal humps in rhinoplasty, though sometimes the issues do not involve a hump at all. This young lady had a large, broad nose which unfairly detracted from her appearance. The columella, or area between the nostril, was retracted, the nose appears flat across the bottom, and the tip was overpowering. An open technique rhinoplasty was performed, with carefully reshaping of the tip, a graft placed in the columella and fracture applied to narrow the nose creating a more graceful look.
