  Typical appearance of hooding and fullness in the upper lid corrected by upper blepharoplasty or lid rejuvenation. The approach is through the upper lid crease.    
  Tired appearance in the lower lid, with a line or groove along the lower lid, cheek, and tear trough, which contributes to the tired look. Lower lid rejuvenation has smoothed the transition and reduced the bags in the lower lids.    
  Lower lid bags represent the most common complaint in the aging face. Here, the lower lids have been corrected by blepharoplasty and reduction of the prominent fat.

  This patient completed combined upper and lower lid rejuvenation for a puffy appearance to the lids. Her result is early as she is still in concealer. Eyes are already open and bright.    
  A combined upper and lower lid blepharoplasty corrected premature hooding in the upper and laxity in soft lower lid bags.    
  Upper lid hooding prompted the completion of an upper blepharoplasty in this patient.
